I messed up my nickname or email address. Can I change it?

There is not a way for users to change the Nickname on their Hero Academy account. If you made an error when setting up your account, use the email link to the right to email customer support to request a change. Alternately, you can send an email to For security reasons, you must be emailing us from the email address that is on the account. 

Please include the following information: 

  • Current username
  • Email address associated to the account
  • Three choices for an alternate username (in case your top choices are already taken)
