How do I report a player?

If you see a player that is violating the Code of Conduct, Acceptable Use Policy, or the Terms of Service in some way, you can report their activity to Robot Entertainment. 

To report a player, send an email to Support@RobotEntertainment.com or fill out a Support Ticket here: 
http://support.robotentertainment.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

To get the best results, include the following:
  • Your in-game Nickname
  • The in-game Nickname of the player you are reporting
  • The date and approximate time of the incident in question
  • Which game the behavior occurred in (Hero Academy or Orcs Must Die! Unchained)
  • Screenshots or video of the incident you are reporting

  • A detailed account of what was happening in the game when the incident occurred. The more detailed you can be about what happened, the better. 
Once an issue is reported, it will be processed by the Community Team accordingly. We will not send additional information to the reporting player about what action, if any, was taken as a result of the report. Details about actions taken on accounts will not be discussed on the forums, and all actions taken by the community team with regard to an account are considered final.
