I can't redeem my promotional code. What is going on?

If you receive an error message when you try to redeem a promotional code, please try the following steps:

1. Make sure you entered your code correctly. If you are copying and pasting the code, make sure not to grab any spaces or symbols before or after the code. 

2. Codes for the Robot Entertainment service are 25 digits long and can be redeemed here. If you have a 16 digit code from the former European service, it cannot be redeemed on the Robot Entertainment global service. For more details on this, please see our announcement here

3. Make sure that the promotion associated with your code has not expired. Details should be available on the applicable website, or included in the email you received.

4. Make sure the code has not already been claimed on your account.
