Can I refund my purchase?

Gems may be refunded within 30 days if the full amount of Gems purchased are unused. In-game content, including but not limited to Campaigns, Challenges, Packs, and Gem Passes purchased with soft (Gold) or hard (Gems) currency are unable to be refunded. Gem Passes are unable to be extended at this time.

 

Who processes in-app purchases?

Robot Entertainment does not process payments for in-app purchases, or have access to any credit card information. Payment transactions in-app are completed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store (depending on the device) using your personal email address associated with that account.

Receipts for any transactions made are emailed to you directly by Apple or Google after each purchase (However, please note that any in-app or post-purchase processes are controlled by Apple or Google and are subject to change by them at any time).

 

For purchases made through Google Play store:

For purchases made on Google Play Store, please contact us directly through in-game support by selecting the Gear (Options) Icon > to Account > "Contact Support” in the lower right hand corner. In your message please fill in the required fields (Name, Email, Subject) with a description of what assistance you are requiring. Any information such as the transaction ID (looks similar to this - GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) or receipt details are very useful to include. Receipts for transactions are emailed by Google after each completed purchase.

For purchases made through an iOS or Apple Device:

For purchases made on an iOS device, Robot Entertainment is unable to handle refunds directly as these are controlled by Apple. Please visit Apple support and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and choose the option that fits your situation best.

Additionally, you can use reportaproblem.apple.com to view purchases, receipts, and contact Apple Support with any problems with past purchases. When opening the page, enter the Apple ID and password that were used to buy the item, then choose Sign In.
