Purchases require a strong internet or Wi-Fi connection in order to be successful.
If a player should experience connectivity drops or errors that prevent a device from establishing a good connection to the store, the options to make real currency purchases will be temporarily disabled until a connection is reestablished.
If a player notices any Yellow or Red Wi-Fi symbols showing on their device, they may be experiencing intermittent or poor connection to the server which can result in this notification. The player may need to connect to a stronger Wi-Fi source or check their device's Data available to ensure they are connected to the servers to make purchases.
