Your account may be eligible for one complimentary name change provided it meets the following criteria*:
- It has not received a name change in the past.
- It has has not been suspended more than twice.
If you want to change your username and your account meets these criteria, open a ticket with us here with the following information:
- Your current username
- The email address associated with your account
- A list of 3-5 usernames you want in order of preference
*Name changes are subject to the discretion of the support team and can be denied for any reason.
